What little land the planet possesses is home to thousands of highly-urbanized cities each with their own sets of skyscrapers housing thousands of business ventures working day and night to add a new floor to their corporate headquarters. More importantly, these skyscrapers stand on strong foundations standing on a portion of that 30 percent land available on the planet.
If there were more land, there would be more skyscrapers and businesses to support. But asking for the impossible is not exactly the responsibility of a company chief executive or a nighttime tower janitor. Landlords and landladies have to make the most out of what property is made available to them.
